The Aqua Tower

Chicago, IL

The Aqua is a mixed use complex including apartments, condominium, hotel and townhouse components. The undulating floor slabs create the buildings unique design feature in which no two floors are the same. This project also won the Distinguished Building Award from AIA Chicago.

Working closely with Lowenberg and Associates, CDC provided a full scope of services including consulting on the design, reviewing contractor proposals, shop drawing review, site observations, and witness mock-up and field testing.
