This 10-story, 268,000 sf building will contain 5 courtrooms with 6 chambers, the Magistrates with four courtrooms and chambers, a Court of Appeals chamber, and a satellite library. This $123 million courthouse is expected to be certified LEED Silver after completion. The GSA administered construction of this building.
