This 30-story building is clad with unitized system of Low-E insulated glass. The facade has been designed to U-value less than 2.0 W/M2∙k (0.35 BTU/hr∙ft2∙F) and free risk of condensation on interior surface under Beijing severe weather condition at any time. CDC provided a full range of consulting services including schematic design, specification writing, shop drawing review, and on-site field observations.
