800 North Glebe Road is a 10-story, trophy, mixed-use office building with 316,000 square feet of Class A space. A sweeping 10-story curtain wall facade made of three “sails” accentuates the amazing sight lines down the primary arteries of North Glebe Road and Wilson Boulevard.
Scope of Services
CDC provided complete envelope consulting from Design Development through Construction Administration. The scope of work included the exterior cladding systems, above-grade and below-grade waterproofing systems, exterior expansion assemblies, both above-grade and below-grade, and roofing waterproofing systems.
