Project Description
The Devon Tower is the 10th tallest building west of the Mississippi River, at 850 feet and 50 stories tall. It provides 1,800,000 square feet of space and 80,000 square feet of green space and hardscape areas.
Scope of Services
CDC provided a broad range of consulting services for the building enclosure systems including drawings and calculations review, site visits, witnessing of mock-up performance testing, performing and witnessing of field water testing for curtain wall systems, skylights, metal panel cladding, and metal louvers. CDC also provided consulting services relative to the roofing and waterproofing systems.
