Project Description
These modernist skyscrapers in the Chicago Loop are two of the three buildings that make up the Federal Center Plaza complex. One of the two structures is a 45-story building, while the other is 30 stories tall. Both were designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe.
Scope of Services
CDC provided a detailed condition evaluation of exterior facade to determine necessary repair/restoration. CDC also consulted on the design and specification of the construction documents for the repairs.
