Project Description
This 17-story, 500,000 square-foot office building is a project of Hall Financial Group. The building is designed to function as an office tower and is part of a larger building complex, which also includes residential and mixed-use developments.
Scope of Services
CDC conducted a reflectivity study to determine any potential hazards caused by specular light reflection from the exterior wall of the Hall Arts Center.
