Professional Bid Services

As a value added service, CDC will provide advice to the client regarding bidding and evaluation of subcontractor's proposals by providing technical analysis of bids. This can include exterior facade elements for new construction, renovation, and restoration or repairs.

Detailed Services Include:

• Review for provisions for internal drainage of water infiltration, thermal movement, building deflection, construction tolerances, fastening devices, sealing methods, fire resistance, and other pertinent information as necessary.
• Review bids and design drawings
• Review for conformance of design intent
• Review arrangement of components and jointing details for field connections
