© 2005 Sherman Sham Highcliff at Stubbs Road Hong Kong CDC provided comprehensive exterior cladding consultancy for the architect. CDC participated in schematic design and design development through production of tender packages. Then, prototypical mock-up performance testing was executed to verify design capabilities. CDC also provided regular jobsite observations to review installation and confirm adherence to approved drawings and specifications. Client: Dennis Lau & Ng Chun Man Architects Details: Extreme wind load criteria and a unitized wall approach satisfied the unusual challenges of this very slender tall luxury residential tower.
