CDC acted as the exterior cladding and curtain wall consultant, participating in the evaluation of the performance test, which included blast-resistant criteria, and witnessing the mock-up on behalf of Chanen - Sverdrup.

This terrorist resistant courthouse is the first to be designed and constructed by the federal government incorporating architectural guidelines on blast resistance adopted after the Oklahoma City bombing.
