© 1999 Wes Thompson Bellagio Hotel and Casino Las Vegas, NV CDC served as Consultant of Record for the exterior window system on the original building. CDC provided a full range of consulting services for the 925-room spa tower expansion that was completed in 2004. The original hotel/casino features 3,005 rooms and more than 100,000 square feet of gaming area. In addition to the new rooms, the project will include a significant expansion of the Bellagio spa and salon, 60,000 square feet of new meeting space, 5,000 square feet of retail, and a restaurant.
