San Diego Airport
San Diego, CA
CDC provided prescriptive design and engineering for the
sloped cable truss verticals that support
the inverted slope glass curtain wall system.
Polished stainless steel and titanium fittings assembled
with Kynar painted steel tube framing
lend an aeronautical look to this passenger terminal and
baggage claim area.
Accommodation of
severe seismic criteria was one of the challenges met by
the cladding design expertise of CDC.
