Project Description
340 On the Park, the second tallest, all-residential building in Chicago, is located on the northern edge of Millennium Park in the New East Side neighborhood of Chicago. This 64-floor, high-rise condominium building has a custom aluminum, glass, and metal panel unitized curtain wall system.
Scope of Services
CDC provided a wide range of exterior wall consulting services, including document review during Design Development and Construction Documents, specification preparation, review of shop drawings, calculations, product data submittals, witnessing mock-up testing, site observations, and witnessing field testing.
