The Frost Bank Tower is a 515-foot-tall, 33-story glass office tower, which stood as the tallest building in downtown Austin at the time of its completion. It contains 540,000 square feet of space and the cost of the construction was estimated to be $137 million. It was the first Highrise building to be constructed after the September 11 attacks.

Scope of Services

CDC provided a complete scope of consulting services to the Architect/Owner. CDC's services included details, specifications, drawing review, calculation review, on-site observations and field testing for the 33-story tower and crown skylight.
