Project Description

This 75-story, 252-meter tall tower is located on the south-facing slope of Happy Valley in Hong Kong. It is the tallest all-residential building in Hong Kong. Extreme wind load criteria and a unitized wall approach satisfied the unusual challenges of this very slender, tall, luxury residential tower.
