The Puerto Rico Convention Center is the largest in the Caribbean with a square footage of 580,000 square feet and was designed to be the most technologically advanced center in Latin America. The layout of the building takes advantage of solar orientation and contains outdoor functional spaces that also offer views of the ocean and beaches.

Scope of Services

CDC provided design assistance for TVS Design and services were then retained by the architect of record. CDC provided Construction Administration services which included review of all shop drawings, assistance and attendance of mock-up installation and testing including hurricane impact testing, field observations, and water testing of curtain wall and skylight systems.
