The A.J. Celebrezze federal office building is an existing 30-story building, which is fully occupied. The current facade has deteriorated and is affecting the building's overall performance. In order to provide the best solution, both overclad and double-wall options have been explored in detail. Currently the design team is pursuing a double-wall scheme, which is achieved with the addition of an external skin over the entire facade.
